Extending over 2,400 km (1,488 mi.),the mountainous range has the world’s highest mountain, mount Everest (also known as Sagarmatha) and high peaks like Kanchenjunga, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Annapurna, Nanga parbat and Namcha Barwa.

  1. Camping, Fully Organized Nepal Treks
    Tour operators will arrange your trekking permits. Camps, meals, equipment and any transportation (air or ground) will be taken care of. All you have to do is observe and experience the beauty of nature.
  2. Tea Houses/Lodge Packages
    If you want to skip camping, you can opt for a stay in the Tea Houses and Lodges. You will be served nice meals and stay in comfortable rooms.

Tourists will find guides who can take them for a day’s trekking. Tourists require trekking permits and the fee depends on the area your are interested in trekking and the number of the days.

Best Season for Nepal Trekking
