This is the street that is the heart of Seoul. If you lived here sometime ago, you would have witnessed the parade of the king’s entourage going down here. ‘Jongro’ pronounced as ‘chongno’ runs down the middle of Seoul. It starts at the western gate and ends at the eastern gate.

Things to do in Seoul |

The children’s park which is located at Neung-dong, Gwangjin-gu was constructed by the planning facility of the city in 1971. The park was officially opened in the year 1973 on the 5th May. The place was formerly used as a resting place for King Sunjong’s queen.
