Makati is a place where you will not find any shortage of entertainment. There is plenty to see and do here, and your stay can be a completely active and occupied one. Though you may be out here to get away from a busy life, you can also take part in activities to relieve stress.
In addition to you enjoying yourself, there is plenty for younger people to do as well. This means that there is plenty fop entertainment for children, and if you have your family with you, there will not be any problem finding entertainment for them. The Carmona Race Track Go-Karts is one of the places where you can find action you might like. You might want to get into the action yourself or you might simply want to observe what’s going on. This can be entertaining as well. If you have youngsters with you the minimum age for participating is 9 years of age. If your kids are younger than age 9 then it is better for you to head to the Enchanted Kingdom. This is an amusement park featuring rides, arcades, fast food.
There is also the Festival Mall where you will find the GameWorx. Here you can participate in rollerblading. Helmets and pads are provided at the location so you do not need to purchase them separately if you want to participate.
For your kids there is also the ‘Kids at Work’ at the Mega Mall and Glorietta, and the ‘Kids' Station’ at Robinson's Galleria. These are indoor play places where your kids can have a grand time.
The Makati zoo is the next best place for you to visit. You can also enjoy it, and your kids will certainly have a great time there. There have been some recent additions to the collection here, and the zoo is said to be of standard.
If your kids are older, and do not really want to go to a play house, there is something here that they would like too. This is the Paintball Shooting Game, called Gotcha!’ This is something that they would be familiar with as it is a well known game in many countries today. Pixie land is another place that you could go to. It is an indoor entertainment facility with plenty of amusement and rides to satisfy you. The Festival Mall is also well known for its train ride, small car rides, etc.
The Planetarium is another good place for you to go as well. It has been recently renovated and is situated at P. Burgos St. You could also go to the Strike Zone, where you could get to see some basketball. There is also the bowling alley, and restaurants there, located at Roxas Blvd. The best part about this place is that it is open between 10.00 am and 3.00 am.
The village playground fields are another location to which you might head. You may go to the North Forbes, San Lorenzo, Ayala Alabang, Dasmarinas, Urdaneta, which have opened been opened again after renovation. There are grassy playgrounds there that are deal for football, and there are also basketball courts there as well. You should be aware if you have children with you that many playgrounds do not have fences, and kids may run out on to the roads nearby.
