Boracay with its interesting surrounding has loads for its visitors. With waters surrounding it on all sides and an immense amount of interesting places in land, there are loads to do here. The beaches on the west that are most appreciated include Bunyugan Beach, Punta Bunga Beach, Balinghai Beach, and Diniwid Beach.
Here the white sands are attractive and people do not only come here for picnics as attractions here include Surfing, Diving & Snorkeling, Trekking, and Sailing. An ideal location for diving and snorkeling is Boracay Rock.
Among the activities here, the one that is most commonly participated in is Scuba Diving. This is for a reason; the waters are spectacular above and below, and if one can get down to the bottom, there is so much to see. The reefs and the aqua life are both amazing; an experience you will never forget. The deep sea life and the coral reefs are the most well known of the beauty that lies beneath. Scuba diving is one of the safest activities to participate in, in Boracay, even though one has to go down several meters. This safety is because of the experience that the divers have, as they are used to going underwater with and without assistive kits. Therefore, if anything does happen to go wrong with the apparatus used, their skills are there to help you out.
You can either observe these life forms from the surface or you may go under water on your own. For those of you who do not know how to go underwater, you may do so using SCUBA gear. There are great many forms that you will come across, and they will be in different colors shapes and sizes. Some of the forms you will see below include corals, colorful seaweeds and anemones, seashells and limpets, thorny sea urchins, starfish, etc. You can view these forms clearly due to the fact that the water is clear, and these waters are ideal for deep-sea diving and snorkeling.
In the East of Boracay, there are ideal locations for surfing. Visitors enjoy this place, as the waters are just right for it. In the East, there is the Boracay Rock, and further down in the South east is the Coconut Plantations. Further towards the South, there is the Manoc-Manoc Beach. This is another stretch of white sands and clear blue waters that are really attractive for visitors. Locals as well love these areas and they are never left alone.
Aside from Boracay being a nice place to relax, it also has its colorful sides. One can go shopping in the main town in order to see whet they have to offer. In the town, you will fin antiques, handicrafts, etc. which you could purchase and take back with you after your vacation is over. Since there are many parts of Boracay that are quiet, this place is also ideal for you.
