Near this amazing place are the Ocean Park and Water World which you can combine with your trip to Aberdeen. The Ocean Park/Water World is believed to be the largest leisure area in Southeast Asia. This complex lies between Aberdeen and Repulse Bay. Going to Water World is an excellent way to spend time with your family while in Hong Kong. Water World feature: an outdoor escalator, marine/land shows, exhibitions, a butterfly house, a shark tunnel, an aviary, the 72 meter (238 foot) Sky Tower, the Dinosaur Discovery Trail, a huge roller coaster and different types of thrill rides.

The Peak Tram is another family attraction in Hong Kong. You may visit this place on your own or with your family. A tram that is pulled by a cable takes you to the top of the hills. The tram runs from the Central Park in Hong Kong up into the hills for about a distance 1.4 kilometers (3/4 mile). At the top of these hills there are a few eating places and shopping areas. The shopping complex and Stanley Market have a great variety of products and the view from the top is spectacular because of the elevation.

You can take a trip by ferry to Lamma Island. It is a quiet place that is very beautiful. In addition to the natural beauty and serenity, there is plenty of good seafood available. This is an ideal place for you to relax just outside Hong Kong when you want to be away from the hustle bustle.
